Mbiydzenyuy Ferdinant is the Program Manager of the Cameroon Baptist Convention Health Services Non Communicable disease Prevention and Control Program. He has a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Promotion from the Public Health Foundation of India, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry from the University of Buea. He is passionate about Development and helping young people find employment. He has a wide experience in multisectoral collaborations around health, entrepreneurship and leadership and community engagement. He has worked as an Administrative Assistant, Grants Writer, and started as a Finance Clerk. He has done other trainings including a total of 6 months training for Managers, Human Centered Designed, Hagai Institute Leadership training and a host of Acumen Courses. He has successfully implemented projects funded by Novartis Access and the World Diabetes Foundation. As Board Chair of RECDEF, Ferdinant brings in knowledge and wealth of experience in Leadership, Project Management and Visioning. He has attended several international conferences and meetings including the Global Youth Meet on Development (2015), Global Dialogue on NCDs (2016) and 2nd Global NCD Forum in UAE (2017).
